At YAZURE, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Eligibility for Return
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Used perfumes/cosmetics, opened seals, or damaged packaging are not eligible.
2. Process

- Share order details & reason for return.
- Ship the item back to us (customer bears return shipping cost unless product was damaged/wrong).
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
- Refund method: Bank transfer / Store credit / Replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards/vouchers.
Opened perfumes/cosmetics.
Discounted or promotional items.
