1. Eligibility for Return

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Used perfumes/cosmetics, opened seals, or damaged packaging are not eligible.

  3. Ship the item back to us (customer bears return shipping cost unless product was damaged/wrong).
